Oak Pond Estates
The acquisition of the former Tiffany Farms in Ocala, Florida. Regarded as one of the finest equestrian facilities in the area, the property includes beautiful oak trees, numerous ponds, several paddocks, 4 barns totaling 40 stalls, a stallion barn, a breeding shed and a professional 1/2 mile training track. Also one main residence overlooking the entire facility, as well a second home for guests. Currently offering 10 acre lots starting at $350,000. Larger parcels available as well beginning at $35,000 per acre.

The Lakes at Sundance Trails
A joint venture with another large South Florida developer for the development and sales of 39 five to ten acre lots on almost 400 acres in Okeechobee, Florida. The entitlement process is well underway, and Indeco has been working closely with government officials to secure the necessary permits and approvals in order to proceed. Hillview Vineyard, Napa
The acquisition and development of a 16 acre vineyard in the heart of Napa Valley. Currently only grapes are cultivated on the property and outsourced to local winemakers. However, drawings are already complete, and Indeco is already well underway with the permitting process to build our own world class winery, complete with Barrel Cellar, Tour Cellar, Crush Pad and Tasting Room.

Kitching Creek Estates
Purchased 142 acres in Martin County, Florida along Bridge Road, a major East-West corridor in Hobe Sound. Generated a site plan creating 49 one and two acre lots. Sold land with plans prior to obtaining approval for more than double the original acquisition cost.

Grossinger Commercial
Acquired 1 acre of vacant land in Palm Beach County at the entrance to Jupiter Island. Spent three years satisfying the U.S. Department of Fish & Wildlife and acquired a development permit through a mitigation program. Sold the property with all entitlements in 2005 for almost three times the acquisition price.

Falcon Trace
Acquired 300 acres of farmland in Vero Beach, Florida. Formulated site plan of 330 units and went through lengthy entitlement process in Indian River County. Sold raw land with approved site plan and permits to GL Homes.

Great Harbour Cay, Bahamas
Contracted to purchase multiple holdings in the Berry Islands of the Bahamas chain. Assets to be acquired included all of the infrastructure (roads, airport, marina, water & sewer utilities), golf course and clubhouse (which are both in need of extensive repairs), over 1,000 platted lots, and 9 adjacent cays, one of which lies in close proximity to existing infrastructure and enjoys 3.5 miles of ocean frontage. The south end of this cay is being considered for use by a cruise ship line as an island destination, and a major resort operator is considering implementing a destination resort on the north end. Definitive development and marketing plans are being formulated in conjunction with the Bahamian government, whose approval of the acquisition must be obtained prior to closing.

Diamond Star Ranch
A ranch with 10,400 acres of fee simple and leased lands located in the Vail Valley. Adjacent to the Cordillera development and 25 minutes west of Vail, it is the last major contiguous holding in the valley and over 95% will be preserved as open lands. 20 River Ranches located on the 800+/- acres lying along 3.6 miles of Eagle River frontage (elevation 6,500 feet) will be joined by 30 additional Mountain Ranches (elevation 8,500 feet) that will average 230 +/- acres each. Ranch sites are offered at $1,600,000 to $2,500,000 and only a 5 to 10 acre homestead on each parcel will be developed, insuring that this natural wildlife habitat will be protected, and that the resident elk and deer herds will have their grazing and calving grounds preserved. The historical ranching operations will be maintained, and under the supervision of an internationally famous veterinarian, a quarter horse and thoroughbred breeding program is planned. Property was acquired in an all-cash transaction in July 1997.

Sewall's Point Plantation
Development of a unique property on the St. Lucie River into 26 luxury lots. Perimeter wall, roads, all infrastructure and permitting completed in 1992.

Fisherman's Wharf: Palm Beach County, Florida
Acquired and developed land for 11 luxury single family intracoastal lots. Sold property in 1989.

Waterglade
Collier County, Florida. As Managing Partner, acquired land and completed P.U.D. zoning and all other permits for 85 townhouses and 150 tower units overlooking Gulf of Mexico. Sold property in 1984.

Riverwalk
A 286 unit development of moderately priced townhomes on the southwest fork of the Loxahatchee River. Two story units were clustered into 6 and 8 unit buildings and sold to moderate income wage earners and retirees. The waterfront location within the town of Jupiter was a major asset to the development.

Green Turtle Beach
A 460 acre tract with 6,200 feet on the ocean was acquired for a 700 unit high rise development. Because of changing market conditions, it was sold at a profit to the State of Florida and St. Lucie County as a public park.

Port Sewall Place: Stuart, Florida
Developed and sold out a 144 lot single family custom home subdivision.

Sonderho: Ottawa, Ontario
Purchased land, developed, and sold 50 luxury condominiums near Parliament Hill.

Richelieu Industrial Park, Centre Riverview
Quebec - Developed 125,000 square feet of leasable warehouse and office space, and a 50,000 square foot neighborhood shopping centre for own account.

Zamalek International Business Centre
A planned 170,000 square meter development in Cairo in conjunction with a Canadian business consortium. National Bank of Kuwait and King Faisel Bank committed to finance the venture.
