Real Estate & Construction Market Still Strong for Indeco

After breaking single-family sales records for Palm Beach & Martin Counties in 2006, Indeco ended 2007 strong, with almost $10 million in residential closings in the month of December alone. These results, combined with several new contracts already in the works for the first quarter of the new year, signal a very promising forecast for 2008. In addition, activity for the construction division rose 35% from 2006, with projections for 2008 calling for an even higher rate of growth.
