Indeco, its subsidiaries and affiliates all operate out of one central office in Tequesta, Florida. Satellite offices are also utilized at specific properties and projects. All key personnel reside in Martin County and Palm Beach County, allowing for a successful combination of geographical area coverage, and close proximity to corporate headquarters and the majority of ongoing projects.

With past & present business ventures in Canada, Europe, India, Egypt, the Bahamas & across the United States, John Bourassa brings a vast wealth of cultural, social & business knowledge, experience & creativity to Indeco, Inc. Born in Canada, with degrees in Economics & Sociology, Mr. Bourassa is a member of the American Enterprise Institute and, from 1997 to 2005, together with President Gerald R. Ford, has been host to the World Forum at his Colorado ranch. The World Forum is a gathering of former & present Heads of State & Government, world business leaders & eminent academics. Mr. Bourassa is well known in Colorado as a leading contributor of conservation land to the Eagle Valley Land Trust. His creation of the Diamond Star Ranch is considered a model for rural development in the Western States. Mr. Bourassa shares time between his principal residence on Jupiter Island, FL., his mountain home in Beaver Creek, CO. and his vineyard in Napa, CA. The founder of Indeco, Inc., Mr. Bourassa remains the driving force behind new acquisitions, joint ventures, product design & architectural inspiration.
Andre R. Bourassa: President

Mr. Bourassa is responsible for managing office operations, information
technology, developing and monitoring all bid estimates and schedules,
preparing and updating business plans and project proposals, and
forming marketing plans and tools to promote Indeco and its subsidiaries
and affiliates. He completed an architecture and design program
at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida with honors,
and graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville with
a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a specialization
in sociology and a dual-minor in business administration and geography
/ land development. Before joining Indeco in 1998, Mr. Bourassa
held positions with various design, construction, development
and real estate companies including Mastercraft Homes in Stuart,
Florida, Admiral's Cove Realty in Jupiter, Florida, Omura-Casey
Design in North Palm Beach, Florida, and Golden Bear International
in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In June of 1998, he left Golden
Bear Golf, Inc., Jack Nicklaus' golf development company, where
he managed field operations for the golf course construction arm
of the company and was directly involved with the development
of over 20 golf course communities in seven countries. The knowledge
and contacts acquired during these various positions and extensive
travel are currently being utilized to expand Indeco's capabilities
and scope of services. In addition to managing all aspects of
each of the company's four divisions, Mr. Bourassa is a licensed
Real Estate Agent, and continues to operate in that capacity for
the firm and its clients. He also serves on several local Homeowners
Association and Architectural Review Boards.
James P. Brown: Vice President of Land Development, Licensed Real Estate Broker

Mr. Brown has a Bachelor of Science degree from Yale University. He served 3 years of active duty as a Navy officer, and became a private investor and real estate advisor in Portland, Maine and Boston, Massachusetts. He has been active in Florida real estate since 1971 as the founding broker of a firm that he grew to 3 offices and 50 associates. He sold that company, leaving to become president of the development company that permitted, built and sold the first phases of St. Lucie West, a 4,600 acre new town development. Since then he has specialized in obtaining property entitlements for multiple clients and investors. He is the real estate broker of record for Indeco and spends the majority of his time with Indeco generating project business plans, proforma, and spearheading various due diligence efforts.
Corodon M. Beebe: Vice President of Construction, Licensed General Contractor

Mr. Beebe is a graduate of the University of Florida, is a licensed general contractor, and comes to Indeco with more than a decade of experience in the high-end construction industry. A second generation builder locally in the Jupiter and Jupiter Island area, Corodon created his own construction company in 2001, and, after working with Indeco on various projects throughout the years, fully joined forces with our firm in 2005 to merge his construction knowledge with Indeco's development expertise. Prior to working with Indeco, his experience focused on high-end new construction and remodeling, including numerous multi-million dollar projects on Jupiter Island, Palm Beach and Singer Island. Corodon prides himself on doing quality work in a timely fashion and always keeping up honest and continuous communication with Indeco's clients.
